Project Overview

Hangar One Avionics, Inc. completed a fully mission-configured Airbus AS350B3 helicopter for the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. Designed to support a wide range of operations including observation, search and rescue, firefighting, and special missions, this multi-role platform was outfitted with a robust suite of enhanced avionics, video surveillance, communications, and tactical equipment to strengthen the agency’s aerial capabilities across Seminole County, FL.

The build integrates a Garmin G500H TXi flight display system, dual GTN650Hxi/750Hxi GPS/NAV/COM units, advanced autopilot and radar systems, and a full-width custom instrument panel by Hangar One. Mission equipment includes a L3 Harris MX-10 camera, Shotover ARS750C mapping system, cellular downlink, multiple video displays, and forward/aft mini cams. Additional capabilities feature a Breeze Eastern hoist with integrated ops console, fast rope system, modular seating, cargo hook suspension, Trakkabeam searchlight, NVIS cockpit lighting, and airframe enhancements including AC, inlet barrier filter, and aft cabin window modifications. Engineered for rapid response and life-saving missions, this aircraft reinforces Seminole County’s fleet with advanced technology and proven performance.
